aACE Business Suite Licensing Options
AGIS offers both a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing model as well as onsite options.
SaaS
$199 base account fee.
$99 per user per month. 10 user minimum.
There are no hidden or additional software or hardware costs. Service is sold separately.
Onsite
Starting at 10 users for $10,000.
Maintenance is 20% of base license fee per year.
The first six months of maintenance are included.
Onsite installations typically require additional hardware and software.
Service
Service is sold separately. Our minimum service package for an aACE implementation is 25 hours for $4,625 ($185/Hour). Please see
Services for a description of what this includes.
Service can also be purchased in 50 hour prepaid blocks for $8,000 ($160/Hour).
Maintenance
Maintenance is included with SaaS licenses. Maintenance is optional and sold separately for Onsite licenses. Maintenance includes future versions of the software and source-code updates,
our bug free guarantee, and report-writing benefits.
Source-Code Access
Source-code access to a majority of the system is available for Onsite licenses through our Resale and Customization program. More information about developing with aACE Business Suite can be found in the
