Location Management The web calendar day view shows calendar users grouped by time zone. Easily schedule meetings across different time zones.

Invitations and Reminders
|
Schedule events with other web calendar users or external contacts and email invitations. Email invites can be imported into iCal, Outlook and Google Calendar. Reminders can be sent prior to events.

|
Manage basic project information in the Project Planner. See a list of events for the project and access to documents uploaded to each project.

Co-Workers Use the Co-Workers window for quick access to your co-workers’ contact information. If co-workers are logged into aACEweb, their running time entry is displayed in the Co-Workers window.

Document Management Attach documents to Calendar Events and Project Plans and they are instantly accessible to other web calendar users. Documents can be checked in and out for collaborative document creation.
