When On Hold Company called AGIS, they had built their own CRM and invoicing solution but did not have a fully integrated accounting system. There was a risk some invoices were being missed, there was no way to prevent contact information from becoming out sync between the two systems, and accounting information such as payment status or past-due receivables was not reflected in the CRM and invoicing solution without tedious double-entry.
 
Since integrating aACE, On Hold Company’s “billing requests” from their homegrown CRM and invoicing solution are seamlessly transferred to aACE as invoices, contact information is easily synced, and users have the ability to view a client’s up-to-date accounting information from within their own system.

Increase Productivity with Business Management Software
Roger Vitko of Tunze USA was facing the same challenge many business owners face when he found AGIS: How do I manage the company, service existing clients, and fulfill new orders all in an 8 hour day? Tunze was beginning to manufacture products and found the off the shelf software solutions were inadequate for managing builds and inventory of assembly parts. The options were clear: increase productivity, add staff, or work longer days. Roger chose to increase productivity.
 
Tunze installed aACE 3.0 in late 2008 and upgraded to aACE 4.0 in early 2011. AGIS customized a handful of procurement processes to accommodate the unique relationship between Tunze USA and the parent company in Germany. AGIS also added UPS integration to the solution free-of-charge on his behalf, a feature we now provide to other clients with aACE. Roger estimates that running his business on aACE saves him at least 10 hours per week. In addition to that, Roger believes, “the greatest advantage has been my accountant having access from her office and being able to manage the books remotely. Between remote access and being able to import payroll from ADP, I practically have an on-staff bookkeeper for a fraction of the cost.”
